Agreement and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") regulate your use of Barebones' website and all transactions executed through it. By engaging with this platform, you accept these Terms in full.

Barebones strives to accurately represent all products, including prices, descriptions, stock availability, and images. Nonetheless, occasional errors or discrepancies may occur. All orders you place remain subject to stock availability and verification of pricing before acceptance.

Order Placement and Fulfillment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase which Barebones must explicitly accept. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to issues like pricing errors, stock shortages, payment failures, or anti-fraud measures.

Once accepted, order processing typically requires 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times range between 7-12 business days. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Returns and Refund Procedures

Return Window: You may request a return within 14 calendar days following delivery.
Product Condition: Eligible returns must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.
Return Shipping Fees: Customers cover return shipping unless the received items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please contact Barebones at moritzihafo@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number.
Refund Timing and Method: After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and applied to the original payment method only.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, your request must be submitted within 24 hours of placing it. Orders beyond this timeframe may have begun processing and thus cannot be canceled.

Intellectual Property Ownership

All website content—including text, graphics, trademarks, software code, and site architecture—is owned exclusively by Barebones or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited without prior written consent.
